  1. 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
  2. 4-1/2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil (melted)
  3. 6 organic Eggs (about medium size)
  4. 4 tablespoons organic Milk (I used organic cream, but you can substitute with non-dairy milks such as almond, coconut or cashew).
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon organic Vanilla
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  8. 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  9. 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  10. 1-1/2 teaspoons organic Cinnamon
  11. 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
  12. 2-1/2 tablespoons Raw Honey
  13. 1/2 to 1 cup of fresh, organic Blueberries
  1. Combine all wet ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients into a separate bowl.
  3. Mix together wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Add fruit and stir.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin pans.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Eat and Enjoy!
